Our Owners
Shane Lawson
Owner & Programming Specialist
Shane has over 15 years of experience with athletes and adults in the health and wellness industry. He was a strength and conditioning coach for the Chicago Blackhawks and Rockford Icehogs from 2009-2018. He was a part of 3 Stanley Cup Championships during his time with the team. After his resignation in 2018, he went on to become a pillar in the Health and Wellness community by sharing his knowledge and experience with the adults and athletes that he trains.
Korie Lawson
Co-Owner
Korie Lawson is a seasoned fitness enthusiast with a deep-rooted passion for health and wellness. She embraces a holistic lifestyle, intertwining physical fitness with mental and spiritual well-being in her daily routine. In addition to her commitment to fitness, Korie is the proud co-owner of Embellish Beauty Bar, where she empowers others to feel confident and beautiful. Her professional journey reflects her dedication to helping people become the strongest, most authentic versions of themselves.

Yoga Instructor
Aryn is a licensed Massage Therapist and Yoga Instructor with over 20 years of experience in health and wellness. Starting her career as a nurse, she has dedicated her life to understanding the human body and mind, earning over 20 certifications including Transformational Nutrition. Her goal is to help individuals discover and own their full potential, empowering them to feel amazing in both body and mind every single day.
Coach Devon
Fitness Coach
Coach Devon discovered his passion for fitness in 8th grade through football, transforming from a shy, bookish kid into a dedicated athlete. He competed in football and track and field through high school and college at the D2 and D3 levels. With a bachelor's degree in Exercise Sports Science and working toward his NASM certifications in personal training and nutrition, Devon loves helping clients achieve their goals and overcome both physical and mental barriers.
